Shipping is free to every country we deliver to, and it is already included in the price you see. Nothing is added at checkout.

From Bangkok, tracked

Every rug ships from Bangkok, rolled and wrapped to travel. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves us.

Delivery times

Transit time depends on the destination and the size of the rug. If a particular piece needs longer to prepare, we tell you before you pay.

Customs and duties

Depending on your country, customs may charge import duty or tax on arrival. If you are not sure what applies to you, ask us before you order and we will tell you what to expect.
