30 days to decide

A rug looks different in your own light and against your own floor, so you have 30 days from delivery to decide it is right for you.

How to return a rug

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@rugbureau.com, or through our contact page, with your order number. We will arrange the return with you and tell you how to send the rug back.

Condition

The rug needs to come back in the condition it arrived in: unused, undamaged, and rolled and wrapped as it was delivered.

Refunds

Once the rug is back with us and has been checked, we refund the price to your original payment method and confirm this by email. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Damaged or not as described

If your rug arrives damaged, or is not what was described in its listing, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will put it right.
