What is covered, for as long as you own the rug
- Knots coming loose or unravelling from normal use
- Edges (selvedges) or ends coming apart from normal use
- Colour running in normal conditions (not from flooding or cleaning chemicals)
How it works
Send us photos of the problem at info@rugbureau.com with your order number. If it is covered, we arrange and pay for the repair by a professional rug restorer.
Not covered
Normal wear of the pile, fading from direct sunlight, damage from pets, spills, moths or water, cleaning that was not done by a professional rug cleaner, and wear or repairs already described in the rug's listing and certificate.
The warranty belongs to the original buyer and needs the order number.
